Marvel Snap Prehistoric Avengers

Marvel Snap has unveiled its latest season, “Prehistoric Avengers.” This season introduces fresh mechanics, new cards, and exciting features. It runs from March 4 to April 1, 2025.

At the center of this season is Agamotto, the first Sorcerer Supreme. He is the exclusive Season Pass card. As a 5-Cost, 10-Power card, Agamotto shuffles four Ancient Arcana into the player’s deck at the start of the game.

Ancient Arcana introduced a new card type called “Skills.” These cards have no power and disappear after their effects are resolved.

It allows players to make impactful moves without taking up board space.

There are four Ancient Arcana:

  • Temporal Manipulation: Grants Agamotto +3 Power and returns him to your hand if not already in play.
  • Winds of Watoomb: Reduces an enemy card’s Power by -5 and moves it to the right.
  • Bolts of Balthakk: Provides +4 Energy for the next turn.
  • Images of Ikonn: Transforms all other cards at the exact location into copies of the highest-power card.

Beyond Agamotto, “Prehistoric Avengers” introduces several new cards. Each card brings unique abilities and playstyles. These additions create new deck-building opportunities.

The new cards include:

  • Eson (March 4 release): Place a non-deck starting card from your hand at his location at the end of each turn.
  • Starbrand (March 11 release): A 3-Cost, 10-Power card with an Ongoing effect that boosts the opponent’s Power at every other location by +3.
  • Firehair (March 18 release): It uses the On Reveal ability of a destroyed card.
  • Khonshu (March 25 release): When discarded, it returns in the next phase. His On Reveal ability resurrects a discarded card with its Power set to 5.

These new cards introduce potent interactions. Players must change their strategies to take advantage of their abilities. The season encourages creativity in deck-building.

New locations add more depth to the game. Star Brand Crater and Celestial Burial Ground bring fresh effects to challenge players, and each location alters gameplay in unique ways.

A special limited-time mode is also returning. The High Voltage event runs from March 21 to March 28. Players can earn The First Ghost Rider by completing event challenges.

The Season Pass offers multiple options. The free track provides limited rewards. The premium track, priced at USD 9.99, unlocks Agamotto, variants, avatars, and more.

The Super Premium option is available for those who want more. It costs USD 19.99. This version includes all premium content plus 10 bonus levels and extra cosmetic rewards.

Marvel Snap continues to evolve with “Prehistoric Avengers.” The introduction of Skills creates new strategies. These mechanics offer exciting possibilities for both casual and competitive players.

New card releases keep the game fresh. Each week, a new addition shakes up the meta. This steady flow of content ensures that players always have something to look forward to.

The prehistoric theme adds another layer of excitement. The unique setting connects to powerful new characters. This season blends lore with engaging gameplay changes.

Fans of Marvel Snap will have plenty to explore. The mix of new mechanics, characters, and events makes this season one of the most engaging yet.

“Prehistoric Avengers” is set to leave a lasting impact on the game.

With strategic depth increasing, players must experiment. New combos and interactions will emerge as the season unfolds, and adapting to these changes will be key to success.

Whether chasing new cards or competing in events, there is something for everyone. “Prehistoric Avengers” is one of the most ambitious seasons in Marvel Snap’s history.
