Japan is home to the world’s deepest underwater postbox, which is located in Susami Bay, Wakayama.
The postbox, located at a depth of 10 meters, was installed in 1999 to promote the region’s famous diving spots.
To use the postbox, divers must use waterproof postcards and write their messages underwater before dropping them into the postbox.
