The jellyfish in question is called the “immortal jellyfish” (Turritopsis dohrnii).
It can revert to its juvenile form after reaching maturity, essentially starting its life cycle over again.
This means the jellyfish could live forever if it doesn’t die from external factors such as predators or disease.
