Step 2 – Go to the PO Box rental service
Next, find and click on the “Rent a P.O. Box” option. You have to scroll down a little bit to find it.
Step 3 – Select the PO Box type you need
After you have clicked “Rent a P.O. Box”, you will be given two options – “Personal P.O Boxes” and “Corporate P.O Boxes”. Choose whichever suits your needs and click the “Apply” button.
Step 4 – Select a subscription package
In both personal and corporate PO Box options, three PO Box rental plans can be found. Assess these options and choose whichever you find good. Then click “Apply”.

You can also appoint a postal agent to manage your mail by accessing your PO Box. So choose someone you trust for this role.
For this service, you must submit a picture of your agent’s Emirates ID, their name, Emirates ID number, and telephone number.
The first year of using this service is free. But for every year after that, the cost will be AED 50 yearly.
